Once your membership is activated, your advisor will reach out to schedule your onboarding. During your onboarding we will gather key information about you and your preferences. From there, you will be provided with the Momentum number to get started.

Service is available during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST.
Our All-Access and Ultimate Access tiers offer extended evening and weekend support, subject to availability, from approximately 8 am to 8 pm PST each day of the week. -
Our platform tracks the time our advisors spend serving you and is reviewed internally.
Hours on each tier are approximate. If it is clear your needs are more aligned with a different tier, your advisor will reach out to discuss options. -
