Personal Information Collected from Other Sources. We may receive Personal Information about you from publicly available databases when we carry out screening as part of our membership application process or otherwise to comply with applicable laws.

We do not ask you for sensitive Personal Information, such as your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health information, biometric information, or other protected class information (such as military or veteran status). However, if you choose to provide us with this information, we may retain it.

Momentum does not “sell” Personal Information, as that term is defined in the CCPA; however, we may “share” certain Personal Information with our partners to provide you with personalized content or targeted advertisements which may be relevant or of interest to you. Other California Privacy Rights. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents are entitled to request and obtain from Momentum once per calendar year information about when we share your Personal Information with third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the Website and updating the last modified date.
